Orders can be placed and picked up from our warehouse in the Midlands location, 10-5pm weekdays, but please call to make an appointment. Please note that delivery time for standard orders within the UK (over 900g) is currently 3-4 working days from the day order was placed (before 2pm). Orders under 900g within the UK are sent by standard post and may take up to 5-6 working days (these can't be chased up for 15 working days). Orders internationally have a variable delivery timeframe, from 7 working days for orders over 2kg and 2-3 weeks for orders under 2kg although we always try to expedite this.
