I started taking this product in the hope that it would help reduce my cholesterol level, but as I haven`t been re-tested since I started it, I can`t say whether its working or not. I have noticed that I am more regular in going to the toilet and my skin, hair and nails seem clearer and stronger and growing faster. I will continue to take one large spoonful every morning and I may increase it to twice a day in a few weeks time. So far so good...

I rubbed this human grade Diatomaceous Earth onto my facial eczema (white powder made me look like a ghost over the nights though). There was improvement within days and I also found that Diatom Pest is more skin colour tone and works as well. I am impressed and looking forwad to have more ways of using this food grade powder.

This a great product. My hair has grown. My skin is clear and I have lost weight since taking it...I am really impressed....I will update in one month..This is a must buy product.

Have been taking a spoon with water each day. I notice I find it easier to go toilet (no constipation since taking diatom x mammal).

My husband and I have been taking DE for about 2 months now - it's very cheap and lasts for ages! We take one tablespoon each mixed in juice in the morning before breakfast. After approximately 2 weeks of taking daily we experienced what I can only describe as a detox - headaches, flu like symptoms. Then we experienced, what appeared to be, all the aches and pains we have ever had in our lives! Happily these passed after about 3 - 4 days! We are both now feeling more energy, I have had several little 'growths' clear up and sun spots are less noticeable and husband has extra fast growing hair now! Will continue to take, can't really put finger on how feel, but certainly different in a positive way. Oh and also twice I have started to sneeze and had symptoms of getting a cold, only for them to be gone only hours later - so assume DE killed the bugs - don't know if this was true, but like to believe so!!!

I bought this mainly for the cat and flea problem, it's incredible and he has also had some in his food for worms. He is much happier now. Having read the other feedback I shall now start and take some.

My hair is shinier and stronger. Any signs of constipation, which I suffer from terribly being severely hypothyroid, are now painlessly gone.

My kids and I have all had much more energy and feel much cleaner from the inside. We will be looking to buy some more.

I have been using DiatomX for over a week and have definitely noticed a positive difference. I have also got my partner using it! He has recently had braces removed so has been using it to clean his teeth as well as drinking it.
I was pleasantly surprised that there was no real taste to it, just a 'chalky' sensation. I have recommended it to friends at the gym who have said they will give it a go too.
Impressed by speed of delivery and value for money, would use again.

Although I have only been taking this procuct for one week I am sure there is a difference with my energy levels and my IBS. Delivery was exceptionally quick and communication with the company is superb. Will get back in a month's time for another update.

Taking a tablespoon a night in a small glass of water seems to have taken care of pinworms after about a week. Great natural remedy.

I have been using this product now for three months and have noticed a massive difference in my appearance, the easing of my joints and I have also lost half a stone in weight - possibly due to the colon cleansing properties. I both look and feel better and no longer wear make-up as my skin is glowing all by itself!

As well as imbibing, Iuse it as a skin exfoliator and add some to my toothpaste for that 'just been to the hygienist' clean feeling. My dentist was amazed at the lack of plaque and tartar build-up and I didn't actually need to see the hygienist at my last appointment!

I also feed it to my cat and small flock of chickens to give them the same benefits; internal cleanser of parasites and increased silica. They are all bouncing with health, their coats are as shiny as mine (!) and the chicken droppings show exactly what difference the diatomX makes every day.

I researched this product thoroughly before I started to use it internally and I am absolutely delighted with the results. I no longer suffer joint ache each morning and I look and feel fresher.

Doseage:
I take 1 Tbsp per day mixed in yoghurt and cannot taste it at all.
My cat also has hers in yoghurt - but just 1 tsp.
For my five chickens I use a cap-full mixed into their feed each day.

Not as white as I expected it to be.Saw video clips of DE in USA and theirs seems to be snow white,Better quality?Still too early to tell though- delivery took over a week -so have only been using it for two days.

I bought some diatom, from ebay, which had an earthy unpleasant taste to it. This one from Diatom X doesn't have any taste to it at all and is much more pleasant to take. I use it for myself and my dog, we both have more energy. I feel and look generally more healthy. Some people have also commented that I look very well.

Great for external use, definitely. Trying it for lowering my and my husband's cholesterol at the moment. And on my dog as a wormer. He seems to like it..
